All equipment is customized by Essexcare Trenching and comes with the ability to convey direct onto tipper lorries. With full workshop facilities to manufacture our own parts and consumables Essexcare carries a considerable amount of stock in order to minimise our customers down time. |

These photographs demonstrate the versatility of trenching machines. Essexcare was employed as a consultant for a company in Qatar using existing machinery.
This trench is 48" wide by 4 metres deep and is 110 Kms long, this was for the installation of concrete water pipe. Laser alignment equipment was used for accurate depth and gradient management. All supplied and fitted by Essexcare |

Rocksawing Cuting at Heathrow Airport
Work being carried out at Heathrow Airport Rocksawing in PQ Concrete for trenches 100mm wide x up to 500mm in depth 350mm PQ Concrete on 150mm Lean Mix.
This is for various utilities duct installations.
With water suppression system fitted, dust was kept to a minimum.(This enables work to be carried out in pedestrian areas and even city centres).
The work is carried out fast and efficiently in a matter of hours at fraction of the cost of Diamond Sawing,and where conventional methods would have taken days.

| Our Rocksaws working on the M27 Motorway for Costain Limited.
The Rocksaws were cutting slots in existing Concrete carriageway for drainage grips. The saw cut was 100mm wide x 300mm in depth. The machines were having to work in only two lanes & hard shoulder. Because the Rocksaw is only 6m in length this was achieved with speed and efficiency

| Rocksaw cut in Ludlow Town Centre for CCTV Duct installation. The work was carried out with minimal disruption to the local community allowing installation to be completed in a matter of hours.

| Work carried out on the M23 Motorway for concrete in-lay trials for East Sussex County Council.
With the area already planned off, the machines self-leveling facility still enabled a precise vertical cut.
The cut was only 50mm off diamond saw cut edge for the filler drain. No damage was caused to saw edge, and production of 3000lm was achieved in 18 hrs.
