Trenching on a project for British gas for installation of gas main.

The installation was carried out with one of our Trenching machines with specially modified conveyor system capable of loading 6 & 8 wheel tippers.    The conveyor has facility to load to centre of machine and also to side. The trench was 300mm wide x 1.2m deep, as you can see the trench is completely empty and ready for installation of Pipe.

Trenching on a project in Buxton, Derbyshire.

The job consisted of trenches up to 1.5 metres deep x 300mm wide in a quarry floor. Both a Trencher and a Rocksaw. The trench was for the installation of a earthing cable around existing buildings.

Trenching work carried out on a project in Columbia, South America.

Based centrally in Pereira City a trench was cut along the main carriageway through the mountainous region towards Medellin City, and then from Pereira City across the plains region to Cali. The machine cut a 300mm wide by 1.2 metre deep trench and layed tri-tube fibre optic duct on 500 metre coils, this was all completed in one operation. Local labour was employed to carry out the backfill and compaction operations; all work being carried out under the supervision of the E.T.L. team .
